"Who is this person?"Here is a bit of personal background: I grew up in Japan and Spain and have retained my Spanish, but I am sorry to say I have not retained my abilities with the Japanese language (although I did retain my love for Sushi)! My military career was in the Army Security Agency - Don't ask, I can't talk about it :-) I was qualified as a Army Spanish linguist (and was stationed in Taiwan and Viet Nam - go figure!) My technical business career began in the field of Color and Appearance Measurement. After about 40 years in this market, I saw it maturing with no growth potential so, I left and began exploring consumer markets. I began a 'Small Business User' support team within CompUSA but in their infinite wisdom, they didn't see the market, so I left (and they failed - is this a coincidence??). I have been in Laser Rangefinders ever since. The uses are varied from Hunting to unmanned vehicles for specialized military applications. I’m now in my mid 60's. I don’t feel over a half a century old, but on paper, I suppose I am. I have two children by my first marriage; Michael and Stephanie. My love and life partner is my wife Carol. We have been married over 20 years. I also married her three children (well not children now!). Kelly the youngest Jamie, and older brother Chad. I am so proud of all my "kids", when I talk of them I remind myself of a rooster-puffed out - chest and all. They all have children now-making Carol and me very proud grandparents.
